Nothing is deleted. Your account becomes read-only and everything stays viewable and exportable for 3 months, so you can upgrade at any point in that window and carry on exactly where you left off.

Every core module (25+) is on every plan — GST invoicing, inventory, POS, multi-godown stock, GSTR-1 export, audit trail, role-based staff access — along with both the web app and the mobile app. There are two exceptions. Loyalty & Offers (points, coupon codes, buy-X-get-Y and combo pricing) is included on your 30-day free account and on Diamond, but not on Silver or Gold. Diamond also includes assisted data migration from your current software. Otherwise plans differ only in how many users you can create for staff access.

On Diamond, yes — assisted migration is included at no extra charge. We move your items, parties, opening stock and outstanding balances from a standard export of your current software. How much carries over depends on what that system can export: historical transaction-level records, custom fields and attachments generally do not. We check feasibility on a sample export before you buy, so you know exactly what to expect. Migration is optional and is not required to start using RetailDek.

As many as you need — business profiles and store locations are unlimited on every plan, including the free 30 days. Each location keeps its own name, address, GSTIN and bank details for invoicing, and stock is tracked per location. You are never charged per outlet.

All paid plans are billed annually. We show what it works out to per month so the cost is easy to compare, but there is one yearly payment, not twelve.

Yes. Every price shown includes 18% GST, so the amount on screen is exactly what you pay — no surprises at checkout. You receive a GST invoice for your subscription, and if your business is GST-registered you can claim that GST back as input tax credit: ₹763 on Silver, ₹1,525 on Gold and ₹2,441 on Diamond.

Yes. You can move between Free, Silver, Gold and Diamond at any time. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the remaining period; your data and settings carry over unchanged.

Every paid plan carries a 7-Day Refund Guarantee: cancel within 7 days of the subscription start date and we refund your payment in full, including GST, no reason needed. Your account simply returns to the Free plan and your data stays intact. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded at any time. Full details are in our refund policy.
