- Points that earn themselvesSet how many points a rupee earns and RetailDek awards them on every bill. Choose whether discounted items earn, and how part-points round.
- Redeem as payment or as a discountPoints can settle part of the bill like cash, leaving your taxable value untouched — or reduce the bill before GST. Both modes are built in; pick the one your accountant prefers.
- Guard rails you setA minimum balance before anyone can redeem, and a cap on how much of a single bill points may cover. Points can expire after a number of months so the liability does not grow forever.
- Members, tiers and a full ledgerEvery customer carries a points balance, lifetime points and a tier. Each earn, redemption, expiry, adjustment and reversal is recorded against the document that caused it.
- Birthday & anniversary offersStore a customer’s birthday or anniversary and attach an offer to the occasion. The counter recognises it when they walk in — no list to check, no reminder to miss.
- Coupon codesIssue codes for a campaign and let the counter apply them at billing. Useful for print, WhatsApp and local promotions where an automatic scheme is too broad.
